ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï provides speakers, classes, and activities throughout the year to support healthy student behaviors and choices. Each campus hosts an annual health fair in partnership with community agencies.
Automated external defibrillators (AED) and first aid kits are available across the campuses.

Both Ridgewater campuses have a fitness center.
Lactation Pods
Both Ridgewater campuses have lactation pods available to students, faculty, staff, and visitors.
FitOn Fitness & Wellness App
FitOn is a leading digital wellness platform that offers a wide variety of workouts (with or without equipment), nutrition with personalized meal plans, and mindfulness classes. Ridgewater students may receive a free Pro membership through Student Life by signing up on our online form . Each membership lasts through July 31 and will need to be renewed at the beginning of each school year by signing up again.
Free CPR Training
Learn CPR online for free! There is no cost unless you need to receive proof of certification. Students and educators with a valid .edu email address will receive a 35% discount on certification. Start learning for free through .
Immunization Records
Minnesota Statutes, Section 135A.14 requires that all students attending post-secondary schools have immunization status that is current for measles, mumps, rubella, diphtheria, and tetanus. People who were born in 1956 or earlier and students who graduated from high school since 1997 are exempt. All other students will need to submit an immunization record that is complete and up to date. Sources for dates of immunization are high school, clinic, or military records. If you have problems understanding these records, please contact student services for assistance.
Health Insurance Policy for International Students
